Since autuum 2005 they blew some amps, wrote numerous of smash-hits, crashed walls down and shoke some hips as well. Das 2005 gegründete Trio DEATH BY THE BIG CITY rotzt sich mit gepflegtem 70s Einschlag durch die Früh-Neunziger Rock-Revolution. DEATH BY THE BIG CITY erfinden den Rock n Roll nicht neu, aber sie verehren ihn. Hart punktierte Drums, samtige Les Paul-Sound³ und ein „weniger-ist-mehr“-Bassfundament verbinden sich zur explosiven Basis für den eingängigen Gesang, der so manches Weibchen vom Baum lockt.

DEATH BY THE BIG CITY sind TARIK von Current an den Lead Vocals und am Vier-Saiter, OLE von Grand Underground an den Drums und Red Stoner Sun-Gitarrero MARCEESE.

Seit dem Frühling 2007 zeigt das Berliner „Beast Rock“-Trio auch Live was ne Kelle ist. Die aktuellen Dates werden natürlich auf dieser obligatorischen MySpace-Seite gepostet. Im Frühjahr 2008 kommt dann das Studio-Debüt mit dem treffenden Titel „One Inch Punch“. Das Video dazu namens BLAST OFF ist bereits fertig. Hoch scrollen! Gucken! Voten!
