Talk is Cheap began in January of 2007 as a 4 piece band but they have gone through many lineup changes since then. In the past year they have lost a singer and their original guitarist but they are now a solid 5 piece band that is on top of their game. They immediately jumped into the studio and recorded a six song demo that hit big with western mass hardcore fans. They are known for their energetic live performance and their stage presence that truly captures what this band is all about. Their music combines melodic riffs and old school hardcore tones that set them apart from most bands out there. They have shared the stage with many bands including Terror, Have Heart, BANE, Death Before Dishonor, Pulling Teeth, Down To Nothing, Recon, In Blood We Trust, Meltdown, CDC, Cockpunch, The Carrier, The Homefront, Cruel Hand, Wake Up Call, and many more. Talks is Cheap is a group of hardworking guys who strive for perfection and accept nothing less. They have no doubt been through the struggles and hardships of keeping their band alive but their dedication and hard work has allowed them to rise above and exceed the expectations of their fans.
