About Me

Home | Artist Spotlight | Coupons | Games | Home Improvement

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Welcome to Our Town. It is our hope that Our Town will offer a reflection of life in our area while connecting you to the information and resources that will make life just a little bit easier.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp In each issue, you’ll find articles that put the spotlight where it belongs: on the people who make this area work. We’ll cover how schools, churches and local non-profit organizations are enriching this area. We’ll show you how local business and governments are helping our area become energized and revitalized. We’ll showcase individuals who are striving to make a difference in our area. Basically, if there is something interesting and exciting going on, we want to bring it to you.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp That’s not all you’ll find. We’ll bring you tips, insight and advice from local experts and businesses. We’ll celebrate the contributions of those involved with local sports. We’ll detail all sorts of ways to spend your leisure time. We’ll feature area restaurants and bars and provide you with the event calendars you need to stay active and informed.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp The best part about Our Town, though, is that it is more than just a community newspaper. In fact, it’s really not that at all. Instead, Our Town is a forum for your voice, a tool for you to use. Before this publication is even printed each week, you’ll be able to find many of these articles and much, much more on our Web site, ourtownonline.biz. There, you’ll find games and contests, expanded content, and new articles updated every weekday. But there is still a whole other side to Our Town--the side that you control.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp At ourtownonline.biz, you’ll be able to post your thoughts and let your voice be heard. You’ll be able to enter your own event information, announcements, and classified ads. You’ll be able to suggest content, or even provide it yourself! Your stories might even end up in our weekly paper!
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Both the Web site and the weekly paper are absolutely free, so there’s no reason not to get involved. If you have ever longed for a way to express yourself and share what’s on your mind, this is your chance!
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp At Our Town, we are serious about giving the people of this area a way to get connected and stay united. We’re owned by a national media and communications company with over 130 years of experience, so we have the resources to make Our Town everything it needs to be. Make no mistake about it: Our Town is here to stay.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp We hope you enjoy Our Town, but remember to get involved. Make Our Town your town, too. ScoutPa Search Keywords: Category: City, State and/or Zip: Within:
