Rugby League, Music (see below) Gigging, Socialising with friends, Films, Musical Theatre, Good food, Camping, Holidays Abroad. To be honest I'm happy doing just about anything as long as I'm with Debs. Sounds sad I know but I think I've met my soulmate and it's great!!! She's my lobster.
I'd like to meet:
So many people but most of them are dead:John Lennon: just so I could ask him, when he spent all that time in bed with Yoko, Was it really a peace protest or was he just being a lazy git!!! I spend loads of time in bed and it's nowt to do with peaceCliff Burton: He was a bass playing legend and used to wear some quality flared jeans.Buddy Holly: just to have a bit of a jam with him.Gene Simmons: He's still alive so you never know.Russel Brand: He's so daft and shares my sense of humour.
Music:
Little Angels, Toby Jepson, Kiss, Kings Of Leon, Buddy Holly, Faith Hill, Tenacious D, Toto, Metallica, Razorlight, Jellyfish, Boy Kill Boy, Billy Joel, 28 Days,Harry Connick Jr,The Subways, Wolfmother, Snow Patrol, Beach Boys, Dirty Pretty Things, Counting Crows, Mr Big, Hootie And The Blowfish, Foo Fighters, The Strokes, Black Label Society, Mooney Suzuki, Extreme, Slayer, Plus many more but I'm not going to list my entire CD collection or we'll be here all day!!
Movies:
In no particular order: Star wars, Indiana Jones Trilogy, Jaws, Where Eagles Dare, Detroit Rock City, The Crow, Back To The Future Trilogy, Most Arnie films, plus many more.
Television:
Bit of a saddo when it comes to televison, I like the soaps I'm afraid. Eastenders Corrie and Emmerdale (blame my parents). I love Deperate Housewives, I didn't think I would but my girlfriend made me watch it and now I never miss it. Friday Night Project is great and I just saw an episode of Gene Simmons' Family Jewels and it was pretty good and I'm a massive Kiss fan so it's a must see really.
Scrubs, Friends, The I.T Crowd, and of course Top Gear!
Books:
Dean Koontz Richard Laymon and to a lesser extent Stephen King as I think in recent years he's gone off the boil a little, I preferred him before his accident!!!!
I like the odd graphic novel also (that's comics to me and you)
Heroes:
My Dad, He's a legend. If you can find anyone who doesn't like my dad then I'll eat my socks (left and right foot!)
Sporting Heroes: Stuart Fielden (ex Bradford Bulls Prop) There isn't much he hasn't achieved in the game.
Frontline soldiers: I wouldn't do theie job for all the money in the world but you have to admire anyone who will fight and risk their life to protect their country, especially as how they get very little thanks for it and very little pay as well. Hats off to them (I'm not condoning War by the way!!!!)
