I think my love of food started when I was a child. My Sisters and Brother would come home from school with hordes of other kids and mum would usually have baked a cake or scones. Some of my strongest childhood memories are related to food. Every time I see tomatoes on a vine I can’t resist picking them up and rubbing the green stem in my hand and smelling it. It never fails to take me back to my parents veggie garden where I am four and a half again playing in the sun with no shoes on. The same goes for Peaches. We used to have this big peach tree that hung over the garage roof and I loved the fresh peaches off this tree. As soon as I was old enough (and a little bit less when mum wasn’t looking), I would be on that roof trying to steal a peach. One day the peach tree got too big for its own good and split in half and promptly died so we had to cut it down. It was a very sad day for me, if not the whole family.I have been cooking for a living for over ten years now and been cooking in vegetarian restaurants since that time. So I have quite a lot of knowledge that I am going to show you along the way. For some of you it might be little variations that will just click and make you thing why didn’t I see that before, but for some, you might find it quite radical at first if you are new to this vego vegan game. I believe that a majority of my dishes are easily achievable and I will be give tips and hints along the way and emphasizing critical points that should help make your cooking successful.
