I would like to create a magazine for teens that features their own work, whether it be fiction, poetry, art or photography, I want it in my magazine.
I've never made a magazine before, so I don't really know how it works. The closest experience I have is a newspaper my friend and I put together in grade six, and all the knowledge I've gained from a college Journalism program.
I want to help others reach their goal of being published and read and admired by other people.
What I need from you are submissions of work you would like published, and your interest.
I will accept anything that is written - lyrics, essays, articles, reviews, short stories and poems and any paintings, drawings, doodles, sketches or photos. I promise not to print anything anywhere without the owners permission, and I expect all submissions to be original creations.
Since the first issue is still in the making, I can't give information on how you can buy a copy. I know for sure I will be accepting orders .. and there will be a cost for at least shipping. If I choose to put your work in the magazine I can't pay you for it, but you will receive a free copy of that issue.
