Session one provides you with the strength, confidence,and basic skills to prepare you for session twoSession two continues to build your strength for the pole work in session threeSession three is everything we learned in session one and two incliding pole work
Each Session Cost has been discounted to: $250 there are various payment options
6 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour and a half. We offer small size classes
Each class consists of stretching and learning sexy ways to strengthen your body to prepare and build the muscles for pole work. In session three you will have an hour long session on the pole, learning basic twirls and sensual moves. You will put the moves together from session one and two for an empowering pole dance.
