About Me
I am a romantic at heart who loves many things. My biggest passion is listening to music, mostly 80s and classic rock, but I can find something in any genre to love. I also love classic scifi, nature, sports and seek someone who would enjoy these things with me. I particularly love to go hiking and rollerblading and I play street hockey and softball whenever I get the chance. I'm a bit of a science geek as I want to get into archaeological conservation, so I enjoy archaeology, forensics, CSI (the tv show), and geocaching. I am academically interested in ancient cultures, especially in the middle east (Egypt, Persia, Sumeria, etc) and personally interested in China and Taoism. I tend to be pretty easy going and though I am very interested in archaeology, school isn't everything for me. I love simple things in life and take great joy from picnics, listening to rain, watching a sunset or lightning storm, watching movies, cooking, walking, going for adventures to new places, etc.
I am looking for someone I can be good friends with, who isn't afraid of trying new things no matter how silly they seem. They don't need to be the life of the party (or need to be at tons of parties for that matter). They should enjoy doing athletic things and not be very high strung.
