Wicked music, films, great beaches, intense starlit nights - to gaze an daze and escape into a feeling of freedom and peace, the earth, universe, beautiful sky, palm trees, flamingo's, environment, sunshine, rain, thunderstorms when i'm inside, making out, drinking massive jugs of sangria between fabulous friends, festivals, yummy herbal teas, Meditation, vanilla coffee, Buddism, ethnic jewellery, quirky independant shops, pottering around, Old Skool Cadillacs + VW camper vans, (bad for environment an all, but lush if ya going to) pretty funky clothes, feng shui, skating, snowboarding, but i don't do either particularly well, eating interesting cereals, all of the amazing animals in the world, different cultures and countries, getting massaged, getting mashed up wasted, drinking delicous cocktails, aromatherapy-essential oils, exotic food, friends, fruits-when they are perfectly ripe-mango+nectarines+lychees+all variety's of melon! Groovin n gettin down an funky to some Phat ass breaks, ragga jungle an kinky Reggae man!
Zach Dela Rocha, Back in time to meet Gandi, Bob Marley,the original Buddah, my great Grandma that passed away, She left me a Jade and Gold necklace from New Zealand- very pretty, party animals, Sociable people that know how to have fun but not just in the conventional ways, well those too but spontanious out of the ordinary things,and it's great if other people can instegate crazy fun stuff to do, funny quirky people that can make me laugh, people that have a good time aswell as having something interesting to say. A cool wacky surfer/skater dudey/ette to teach me some stuff, with a combi van for festivals an random road trips. People that have appreciation and respect for the world and actually show some sense of morality towards it! x Increase the peace, keep it real! x
Well it does depend on which way i'm flowin an how i'm feelin that day. I've taken a little on board with my family music influences, i like soo much different stuff, it's pretty diverse .... early Incubus, Rage against the machine, RX Bandits, prodigy, early chilli peppers, King prawn, NOFX, Left Field, Sheryl Crow, loadsa old skool jungle, Ska/punk, Bob Marley, Massive attack, Gypsy Kings, Long beach dub allstars, Led Zeppelin,splitloop, Tracy Chapman, Pink Floyd, Black crows, Presedants of the USA-(funny and stupid) Sublime, Ian Brown, faithless, Mad Caddies, Farse, Spin doctors, Blind Melon, Jimi Hendrix, drum n bass Reggae, dub, electro ragga breaks & jungle, so........... much other stuff, but i'll leave it at that!
Movies are amazing when they take u to a completly different place an your in that world. It's incredible how powerful they can sometimes be, like how they can stir your emotions make u cry, laugh, get angry, be inspired, etc. Big it up for film! so... Natural born killers (Brilliant soundtrack for the film it goes with it so well! so intense!) A time to kill-based on the John Grisham novel, Blow, lion king, Beauty and the Beast, Strange days, How High, The Butterfly Effect, Vanilla Sky, La Haine, Jay an silent Bob...'fuck fuck..smokin..' Fight Club, What dreams may come, Point Break, Blue Crush-(light hearted hot and cute), Lords of the Dogtown- (major fitty fest-well two, wouldn't mind some of them teaching me skating tips)Ferngulie, Seven, Tarantino in general- The stoner girl from Jackie brown is a funny chick- 'Not if you're ambition is to get stoned an watch tv' (said with a bong to her mouth, after being told 'smokin that shit will make u lose all your ambition' by Samuel L Jackson) and Brad Pitt in true Romance, Ha ha ha, Acid house is pretty cool, a bit dark an dingey, pretty obscure meeting god in the pub an getting turned into a fly. Yeah not bad. so...... much other stuff
TV is alot of the time bullshit, but when i do... family guy, Friends, sex and the city, the mighty boosh, South Park, lost, but now season three is a bit of a dissapointment. random documentaries- meercat manor is helarious, what cool creatures, they socialise an sunbath all day, nice chilled lifestyle, the News occaisonally if i'm feeling brave, darn it the world is in such a state!
HIGH society by Ben ELton is pretty good. It's a shame i don't usually get that much time to read, but i do love getting into a really good book when i get the chance, it's quite a nice feeling!
