What is T.A.R.A?
Welcome to The Audio Recording Academy (T.A.R.A) myspace! We've been operating since 1992 in Ottawa and opened our Toronto campus in early 2002.
T.A.R.A was founded with the goal of providing accessible and affordable education to accommodate students and artists whose passions for audio recording extends beyond everyday curiosity. The T.A.R.A philosophy is to provide a comfortable 'learning without attitude' experience in a real studio environment.
We attract like-minded people who are committed to pursuing their dreams of working in the audio industry, or surrounding themselves with the best audio equipment to indulge their creative passions and find their creative voice.
From recent high school graduates to retired executives, our students value the exposure to real life, in studio, recording scenarios, which conventional curriculums cannot offer.
This myspace has been created as an online meeting place for current and former students , as well as a place where people with an interest in coming to our toronto campus can get a feel for our environment and the calibre of work we produce.
