The Coffee Nods

rap music for grown ups.

About Me

The Coffee Nods are a new version of an old idea: music that is fun and sounds good. They harken back to what some call the "golden age" of rap music, but it's really more timeless than that label. However they might get described, the music is a breath of fresh air in this climate of bling, cling, and booty. The Coffee Nods are lead by the astute story-telling ability of Benisanna, the fearless leader of the group. Behind him is a plethora of talented humans adding their little spice to our grown up soup.I don't know about you, but that last sentence makes me hungry for soup. The Coffee Nod crew runs far and wide from producers, to emcees, to musicians, to just plain creative people who's thoughts and input mix to create the best tasting rap music since rap tasted good to begin with.
