Senssual Records

Created in London 2004, Senssual Records is a tribute to the house music. All the feeling, the style and the colour of House music takes place in the label, which delivers fresh, pumping and melodic sounds, from established producers and Dj’s.Senssual’s aim is to collaborate with the music industry, developing new sounds and tendencies. The challenge is to create our own style respected by the house community and to establish Senssual as a referenced label in the House scene.
Spanish DJ and music producer. Style: influenced by funky and electronic sounds, his style moves from deep, funky, and sexy house, to more electronic and underground sets.
Born in Madrid in 1977, the city where he grew up and where he discovered the electronic music culture (clubbing, record shops, festivals, etc).Madrid it is also the place where he starts spinning his first tunes, at a very early age, a hobby shared with friends, that soon will become a lifestyle for him.
From 1996 to 1999, University studies, he played different well known clubs in the city as: OH Madrid, Arena, Groove, Divino Madrid, Kapital...), as well as the most popular rave events in the region. The hobby was getting stronger inside him, just something impossible to stop!.
From 1999-2002, Coxswain spends this time travelling around (London, Paris, etc..), at the end he moves to Switzerland where he lives at the moment. Summer 2004 is the time when he creates Senssual records, a company dedicated to: event promotion, dj management and music production.
Victor FL
Spanish Dj based in London. Victor started playing ten years ago in Huesca (Spain) in small local clubs and bars. With a huge musical background mainly based on hip-hop, pop-rock and Latin music, he started to get into electronic sounds such as big beat, break beat, house and techno. In his earlier sets you could find a great amount of eclecticism. Playing from everything from hip hop to house music with incursions in big beat and groovy break beat, Victor combined the freelance DJing, a weekly music radio program and weekly residencies.
In 1999 he moved to London to study sound engineering and music technology. Here he discovered a totally new club culture. Started DJing in at Living bar (Brixton) where he still maintains a weekly and monthly residency. From there it all came together with more weekly residencies at Play bar (Old St.), Redstar (Camberwell) and guest Dj sets in many other bars and clubs all around London as well as being guest in Italy (Fly, Bologna) and Periferias Festival (Huesca).
Over the last three years Victor has secured a residency at Pacha London plus being guest to numerous international events such as Annual Italian Dance Music Conference 2004 (Naxos, Sicily), alongside Jay-J, Groove Junkies, Deepswing, Tony Humphries, Paul Trouble Anderson, Danny Buddha Morales, Barbara Tucker, etc…
Also Victor was resident at The Key London using his alter ego Johnny Gomez. On 2005, Victor played guest sets at Pacha Madrid at the Vodafone & Motorola Ibiza Dj awards opening party with Dj Roog (Hardsoul) as well as in Ibiza over the summer at Es Paradis, the official Sunset boat party with Pukka-up, Savannah and Privilege.
JP Candela
Resident dj at Pacha Madrid, in the last two years, in the sessions of “The Lust Nite” (saturdays) and the underground sessions on Thursdays, “La Cama…”. (CX REC monthly residence, Pacha Madrid Thursday)
He is at the moment producer and dj of “SENSSUAL REC, CX REC, GPS REC”, performing sessions, with monthly residences along Europe in the last year, toguether with dj Coxswain;.
He’ s had residencies at Zenith Club, Knowsy Klub and MDF (Club del Mercado de Fuencarral). He has shared the decks with J-Jay, Rasoul… and taken his sessions along Europe and South America.
His style goes from the American underground house to tribal tech house and also touches new tendencies as electro-house music.
