have you ever sat in one spot, moved maybe once or twice to go to the bathroom or get a small diet coke with lemon using your meal points. sitting on a picnic table about 50 feet above the ground, I watched a man with a giant afro wig and aviator sunglasses ring a cow bell while 2 attractive men in cow suits with really graphic udders dance. while this is happening, tinky winky, yes the teletubby, asks if he can join their enterage and starts dancing to the cowbells too. A man sits behind me and my 3 friends with corn chips stuck to his head, breaks his nose, spills our water on the table, sits in it, then stumbles away holding his nose. next stranger to come along wraps his arms around me, points to the mens bathroom and asks me where the closest bathroom is, answers his own question, then gives me a hug...WHAT IS THIS PLACE? while this is all happening...touchdowns are being scored, by the HOME TEAM blue and white no name on my jersey and a little old man with an oversized head and heated temperment waving his fist at a referee two GIANT screens read PSU-44 Minnisota-14 (ouch, ey?) theres also a cartoon bobblehead referee on the screen with his arms straight in the air because Penn State just scored another touchdown The crowd of 106,000 fans (105,990 of which are Penn State fans mind you) are booming with redfaces and popped arteries because they've been screaming at the top of their lungs for the past 2 hours in the sun. Setting in the sky is magnificent pennsylvania sun of orange, golds and purple. No longer SITTING....Minnisota sits fourth and goal clock at 0:03, 0:02, 0:01...GAMEEEEEEEEEE.....PSU 5-0, which makes you just about cry and definately gives you goosebumps when last year's stats read something like PSU 2-10. the teletubby dressed man has a half tattered costume, the cows are actually still dancing, drunken man with the broken nose is now screaming with his shirt off and jumping on people's backs, theres a girl falling down the bleachers...with a skirt on...and somehow, im wearing a cowboy hat now with blue paint smudged on my face...i think its blue paintthats interesting to me inquire for more stories
