About Me

I have the most amazing husband in the world! I'm a living testament that when you wait on God He truly brings you His absolute best. Life is an exciting adventure and the next chapter has just begun.I thank God everyday for my wonderful family and friends Joe and I just bought our first business and we are excited that CKO Kickboxing in Brooklyn is now open.
CKO Kickboxing is a unique gym that offers the most innovative instructional fitness programming anywhere. We take fitness to a new level with variety, result-driven workouts, and awesomely motivating instructors! We have the largest boxing and kickboxing-for-fitness programs in the country, with classes running seven days a week. The program has revolutionized the kickboxing industries, blending authentic kickboxing training with intense calorie burning exercises and phenomenal resistance training.
Unlike the fitness kickboxing classes offered at other gyms where all you hit is air, CKO Kickboxing uses REAL HEAVY BAGS to give you REAL RESULTS. Hitting the heavy bag improves your muscle tone and your cardio endurance, not to mention in 1 hour it burns up to 800 calories – nothing else comes close. ....
"What is faith? It is the confident assurance that what we hope for is going to happen. It is the evidence of things we cannot yet see" Hebrews 11:1
