Deteriorate/TREADING ON DIVINE

This is a bio based on my time with the band and my current band TreadingOnDivine:I was introduced to the band by one of my best friends at the time MikeTrush(1992) I was working on my band Existence at the time having just disbanded my prior band RandomDraw(89-91)Joined Deteriorate In 1993 Prior to the recording of "Rotting In Hell".My first show was Obituary-Fear Factory at the Cellblock in Bensalem,PA May 1993.We played a shit load of shows and went into the same studio(Snugfit Studios)And recorded "Gather The Nebbish". JoeGorski, Frank Ierovante and i wrote the song incorporating my unusual style of guitar harmonies and hanging chords. At the time, we were looking for a singer, so i filled in until Gannon joined...I sang Gather,Ode to a Mortal,Evaporated Battleground,and a new version of Devoured(Gannon also did a version of Devoured both will be posted here soon)We did more shows, then tradgedy struck.We turned down 2 major tours(MorbidAngel 40 dates,Deicide) due to our drummer having personal issues, so we worked with a couple guys (Dude from MortalDecay) and then we stumbled upon the great Darkwoods he was only 17 at the time,But so Godly!We began rehearsing material for TheSenectuousEntrance most of the song writing structure relied on our passion for harmonies and old school black/death metal Joe and I wrote most of the music.Gannon was the one who brought the fire out of all of us making it a crushing album.We had excellent record sales on Pulverizer Records but Randy Williams dicked us out of a lot of royalties(same with Keith Lerioux from JL America) combined sales neared *80,000 copies through RED distribution...We did tons more shows with our new guitarist Jay Anderson from Krypton(Frank Ierovante left for personal reasons)and worked on our American Requiem as Gannon would shriek at our shows.The new songs were the most incredible shit we ever did,the songs were eerie,blazing,different,dark,grinding...but they were crudely recorded but never released officially.our last show was MilwaukeeMetalFest 1996...LIVE cd is due soon..."UGGARA HAS RETURNED" now on myspace3/19/07...more info later...TREADING ON DIVINE BIO: TreadingOnDivine was concieved in 1997 by Thorous and Joe Gorski....After the breakup of Deteriorate Joe and I relocated to WestPalmBeach,FL...we started working on songs that I had written for Deteriorate but hadn't gotten used yet...The style was extreme black/death metal,fast, harmonic ,grim. Joe played drums and I Played guitar/vox, alas Treading was born....soon after we got my brother, JustinBosman to play lead guitar and Conrad Eddings to play bass...We had 5 songs down when we had to once again relocate back to PA in 2000.Only this time we all went our seperate ways...After a year + I had gone through many musicians.During this time Mike Trush had Been there for me, we worked on the songs "ThyOnlyGod","TreadingOnDivine","GreyUponGrey". Mike played the drums(flawlessly) he helped me keep The songs growing without him, Treading may have perished. But due to his busy schedule with his other projects at the time Mike and I took a break.2002 brought in a new drummer Johnny Palmer.We worked hard on getting a set down the style had evolved much over this time incorporating hardcore and punk which helped mold songs like "God Is Just A Freak"and "21Days",we also added Mayhems "Deathcrush" to the set. 2003 finally brought Treading to a full band with Mike Trush back to play bass,JustinBosman once again to Lead,and two singers John and Jeff incorporating a new sound to Treading,after some time the new vox didn't get along and they parted ways...soon after Mike and Justin still involved in other projects moved on again...shortly after that in 2004 Johnny Palmer and I went in the same studio as previous Deteriorate recordings(Snugfit Studios) to record the EP "ThyOnlyGod" with the songs "TreadingOnDivine","Deathcrush","21Days",and"GodIsJustAFreak "this demo will be made available soon...Now in 2007 the Band consists of Thorous- LeadGuitars/vox,Tom Fetter- Rhythm Guitar,JohnnyPalmer -Drums,Mike Trush- Bass ...This new line-up is rehearsing for a full length cd to be released in the spring....
