Furnished Rooms for Rent

We have furnished rooms for rent and intern hours for Conservatory students!Rent a furnished room in a 2,600 sq foot basement home with a pool AND get intern hours at our Music Academy and Recording Studio! This house is located in the prestigious community of Ahwatukee and is approximately 20 minutes from the Conservatory by freeway.4 - bedrooms, including 2 master suites. We are renting on a first come, first serve basis. Minimum rental period is 8 months. When you rent a room you will have free access to the pool and the rest of the house. The basement is perfect for setting up a recording studio. We are looking in to buying a 100 foot snake!Rooms rent for $600 each plus utilities. If all four rooms are rented, the utilities would be about $100 each.
