A graduate of the prestigeous Kamehameha High School, I finished off my schooling with a degree in art from the University of Hawai'i Manoa. I received my art training early in life at the hands of my father, Living Treasure, Rocky K. Jensen, who is a sculptor of great renown throughout Hawai'i, and whose art can be seen in collections throughout the world. My meticulous self-taught pen and ink style, reminiscent of Virgil Finlay who is also one of my inspirations, has honored me with island wide acclaim, with many of my Hawaiian historical and conceptual interpretations hanging in corporate and private collections throughout the state of Hawai'i. While illustrating books and articles, written by my mother, Lucia Tarallo Jensen, I was encouraged to start my own company, Shadow Graph Creations, lending my knowledge of native Hawaiian symbolism to the creation of illustrative, graphic and logo designs, reflecting the cultural language of my father's people. Alongside my graphic company I still pursue my love of fine art, creating pieces for the many exhibits put on by my father and mother's art society, Hale Naua III. I've just completed illustrating a new book {Maui Dialogue}, with my mother, unfolding the metaphor behind the legends of Maui, one of Polynesia's more important and impressive ancestral superhero's, as well as putting together a calendar for said book. I am constantly creating new images to add to my portfolio of Dragons, a theme of which I am most fond of. I'am also producing a unique series of comic rock posters for the band PaleRider as well as re-designing the new logo and album cover for my brother's band, AaronsroD, to be released next summer. I am currently knee deep in the creation of a fantasy comic series for Lunar Flare Productions called SoulQuest, that I will be illustrating, inking and coloring, alongside various other projects within the company. With wife and two beautiful children, I presently live and operate my art studio in Grass Valley, California
