I LOVE to read!! I cant stress that enough because it is my greatest passion. I can never get enough knowledge (although a lot of it is quite useless) Being a graphic designer Im into all things artsy. Ironically enough I cant stand computers although I work on one 8 hours a day. Last but not least I love clubbing with my girls in Holywood (aint that right Pia) and having a good time.
"I DON'T BELIEVE IN MARRIAGE...I think at worst it's a hostile political act, a way for small-minded men to keep women in the house and out of the way, wrapped up in the guise of tradition and conservative religious nonsense. At best, it's a happy delusion - these two people who truly love each other and have no idea how truly miserable they're about to make each other. But, but, when two people know that, and they decide with eyes wide open to face each other and get married anyway, then I don't think it's conservative or delusional. I think it's radical and courageous and very romantic." (I made it bold for everyone who can't seem to read to the end of the quote and is accusing me of being a hypocrite now that I'm engaged!)
Anyone and everyone is welcome to write to me.
Anything I can shake my booty to! But at home, away from the ears of my evil friends, i like classical. As for the song on my profile...I'm not really depressed, just showing Jetson's band some support!
Sad and complicated but dont worry I dont cry. Gladiator, Memento, Vanilla Sky, and Anything Else(but I doubt if anyone actually saw that), 21 Grams, Big Fish, Love Actually, Harry Potter (cant wait for the next one!!), Scar Face,Beauty and the Beast,Talk To Her & Amelie(because I think of my bestest friend. "BOOKS ARE MIRRORS;YOU ONLY SEE IN THEM WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE INSIDE YOU."
Gabriel Garcia Marquez! I can read his books all day. Neruda poetry is the best. One Hundred years of Solitude, Beloved,The Angel of Galilea, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, Animal Farm, A Brave New World, Daughter of Fortune, The Divine Comedy, Crime and Punishment, The Alchemist, 11 Minutes, Bel Canto, and many, many more....Oh and Im a tiny bit obsessed with Harry Potter. And a recent find: The Shadow of the Wind by Zafon...excellent..ok ok enough of the mail about this one. I get it..its verbose and old fashioned but I like happy endings so leave me alone.
Anyone who can make their opinions heard without having to shout. And all the men and women who have spent their lives struggling to hold on to their beliefs under oppresion-religious, military, or otherwise.
