So, Im currently taking a career break from Singing due to sickness. So I've left North London and returned to the homeland to recover and rediscover. My love of music is always growing and I still plan to create my own beats. I know I belong in music its part of my day 24/7, I cant get enough and never get bored of it. I've started playing piano and Im loving it, its something I always wanted to do. Having a great time since I've been home but lookin forward to movin on again to explore and experience more of the world!!!!! I've still got lots of goals and dreams to achieve and I believe in never giving up. You can be and do watever u want, nothing is impossible if u put your heart, soul and passion into it!!! With her soulful voice and her country roots Chelae’s dream began at a very early age.With the love and support from Chelea mother who set out to help her dreams come true In the summer of 1989 chelae performed for the fist time with Nashville recording artist John Conlee. Performing with him was a dream come true as he was one of her favorite country artist. Height lighting the performance was the gift she received Rose colored glasses from Johns famous song Rose colored glasses.Chelea soon knew this was her quest for life so packed up and moved to Nashville to fulfill her dreams like so many other artist... Following the footsteps of many chelae was to “pay her dues ‘in the success of her music. After being in Nashville for three day living in her car she knew this was not going to be easy. With no job a baby son and a dream she decided she would make this happen. She applied for a position in housekeeping at the famous Opry land hotel; the interview went well after Bob Merritt the hotel manager who interview chelae discovered that there was a lot more to chelaeShe had talent!! He hired her on the spot and chelae began entertaining a twelve seat passenger boat know as the delta boats. Chelae then knew her dream would come true She worked for Opryland meeting many famous people hanging out at the grand ole Opry Hoping to meet another icon in country music mar Jim Ed brown and Ronnie Millsap.Chelea recalls in kindergarten she was top bring a picture do her farther and instead she brought a pic of Ronnie Millsap and told the class he was her daddy!!I n 2002 chelae decided she would like to work the theater circuit in pigeon forge TN she moved there and started performing nightly with head liner stever warrenWith a wonderful night job she wanted a way to continue her music career so she opened her own venue which fastly became famously know as Shelley’s. Where she also performed and cooked up some of the best food in the south!!! Right when she thought things were just as she wanted she caught the attention of former mca ar director Walter Haynes Walter was inducted into the steel guitar hall f fame as was known for his hit songs such as satin sheets for Jenna Pruitt, chelae immediately starting working with Walter wife Cindy Haynes who is a well known vocal coach and a great performer in own right.. chelae was so excited about the new songs and the chance toy work with such wonderful people quote Walter told me that he believed in me and for that I was honored. It has been a long hard road but I feel so blessed I feel like I have everything now that I always wanted I now have the family I dream3ed of my wonderful soon to be husband Marty I have now five beautiful children Margaret Elizabeth, Branson chase , Larry Charles keegan , and beautiful katelyn .
