Miss Amy is a spirited and lively singer/songwriter who grew up in Kansas. Delighting multitudes of children and adults with her live shows, she has appeared at numerous venues spanning from Florida to Maine. Miss Amy also hosts an internet broadband TV site called NeoDance.tv which can be seen worldwide!
Being a certified fitness instructor for many years (AAAI/ISMA Primary Aerobic, Pre/Post-Natal, Yoga and Tai Chi), along with being a family entertainer with three GRAMMY® submitted CDs, Miss Amy has captivated audiences with her original songs that include movements from actual health & fitness disciplines (dubbed "Fitness Rock & Roll"). Participants at Miss Amy’s concerts get a workout without even knowing it!
Miss Amy has dedicated herself to a number of causes including fundraising for March of Dimes and United Way, and singing bedside at Children’s Hospital through the "Musicians On Call" program.
Miss Amy's band, The Big Kids, are a talented group who have individually played with the likes of Grover Washington, Jr. and Dave Stryker. Miss Amy's father in-law is the well-known concert pianist and composer Orlando Otey ( The Chopin of Mexico ).
