Spectrums of A Prismed Life

About Me

Create Your Own! I am 23 yrs old, 5'2", 118, Leo, whose smooth and silky skin has been kissed by the golden sun. I was born and raised from the exquisite islands of the Philippines in Luzon inside the mountain provinces and deep jungles of Benguet, where Bagiou is located. I am forever grateful for living my first ten years of life in the rural areas near Kalinga Apayao and Ifugao, where I became accustomed to non-standard ways of living as tribal and indegenious as it gets. My physical traits and distinguished features, linked from the islands amazing heritage and history, are of Malayo-Polynesian descent with varying degrees of influences from the early migrants of aborigines, Indian, Indonesian, and Chinese. I am atheltic with strong sexy legs, rock hard abs and buns of steel that have been known to break necks and knock a couple bowling pin heads. I have long, silky and sexy hair with red tones visible under the golden sahara sun. (he-heee) I have almond shape eyes that will captivate and mesmerize, and are known to be flirtatious with a single blink and curious and observant. Recently, I recieved my A.A. degree from Pasadena City College not far from where I resided in Glendale, and in fall '04 I will be pursuing a major in Dance and Performance Studies and a minor in Gender and Women's Studies. I will be attending University of California-Berkeley. An encouraging note on the side, the bay area is one of the most beautiful places I have visited by far. I feel it will be a place where I will have no trouble transitioning from southern cal, which I am completely ready to move away from. I am looking forward to cultivating my social, cultural and personal establishments and achievements to that place where I will be residing soon and, hopefully, for good. Living and loving to learn is forever part of my ever-changing identity, and without some type of education I feel that I am not furthering and extending my bounbdaries in developing logic and reason. There is something about exploring and exprienceing life on your own without certain types of dependencies, and I thought, for once, that I was alone and neglected. However, now, I realize that being somewhat independent for most of my life have made me the strong and fierce individual that I am now and will develop more to become. This is my life. The human drive has kept me self-liberated in a society where I am misunderstood and under-appreciated, and I, forever, will be empowered by knowledge, secured by truth, and driven by no limitations to learn and succeed. This is my life! I represent those that have been looked down upon and misjudged on the basis of their identity --- ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. Success, when i finally acquire them, would be the best revenge!

My Interests

"Existence precedes Essence" Jean-Paul Sartre, FRENCH existentialist philosopher"Arrogance is but Ignorance matured!""Do not confuse the blood of Calvary with the Kool-Aid of homophobia" --- Cornel West"May you have the hindsight to know where you have been, the foresight to know where you are going, and the insight to know when you have gone too far.” "We have been, are and/or will be always fearful of uncertainties. It is during these times when our personal foundations palpitate and feelings of angst, existential dread, consume us. In these pivotal moments of our own lives, what other choices can be made? For most of us, the only 'essential' motivations that will keep each of us intact which have always existed within our individual 'sense-of-spirituality' are hoping and/or praying. In each and everyone of us, we can find most rewarding a heartfelt 'contentment' and humbling 'gratitude.' For life ensues just as it should be at the end of our own personal trials and tribulations." PEACHES
