Television:

Anything on the history channel, mythbusters, Law and order, NY Mets games, and then cancelled shows like adventures of pete and pete, the state, and kids in the hall

Books:

state and revolution, communist manifesto, another country, on the road, the dubliners, confession (tolstoy), i just finished Calvin's Institues of Christian Religion, that was actually not that bad and pretty much anything about mountaineering... oh yeah and the bible.
