Love Your Loved Ones Today...

About Me

Born in Rochester, NY (Brighton) Corey was raised partly in NY and partly in Northern Virginia and both places happily. Raised in a musically and poetically inclined family, music started for him at the age of three with the violin. Later down the road Corey reluctantly trained (classically) on the flute but says "after getting teased in 6th grade, my grandfather had to force me to stay with the flute. Every school year since that year I asked if I could switch instruments." This remained true until he found solid friendship and outstanding education through his Northern Virginia high school.
Classic Rock was his choice genre in high school, and one day he heard a song by Eric Clapton "...Wonderful Tonight," which changed his life forever: "I remember sitting there wanting to sing a song like this for a girl who didn’t yet exist. But the flute is, for the most part, monotone but hearing the flute within the context of a large, talented symphonic band, I loved each sound and wanted that at my fingertips. Guitar was as close as I could find and plus Eric Clapton was rockin’ with it so...." By his Junior year of high school Corey was coordinating small ensembles with madrigal leaders and string symphony members for after-school functions, class projects, and concerts. During, what would end up being, his last year of college, Corey made a stern decision that music would be his life: "I put this ring on to signify my blessings in music and poetry and that all of the blessings came through Life and G-d. This ring signifies my priorities and focii."
A few years later Corey Tremaine sends us a message of Love and Exploration, while he himself explores his own life and brings a score of stories back with him to share with us
