Alessio Miglietta in life, ALEX MILLET in the art of music. He lives in Lecce and starts the DJ-ing activity in this small (but full of art and artists!) city of the south of Italy (in the deep Salento). He was 15 (July 1992) when becomes DJ in private party. In 1994 he was selected for a regional dj competition (DJ Convention 1994 by Ciccioriccio rete FM); in 1996 the 2nd place in Discobox Dj Competition (60 djs) ; in the same year Alex, called in the past ALESSIO DJ, is resident @ Alex Club (legendary Lecce disco club) and made his first Radio Show called O.U.S. (the Original Underground Sound) on RadioIn where he plays finest House, US and UK Garage (favourite lables: Stricly Rhythm, Positiva, Junior Boy’s Own, Peppermint Jam, Splip‘N’Slide). In 1997 he is Resident @ IT club. In 1998 works @ Radio Rama Network (d.j. in the “JoySound†Radioshow). In 1999 Alex is Resident @ Kepos Club.
In 2002 Alex Millet (the name chosen for the new century) becomes a producer. His first official production is AM & DL "the tribal sound of south of italy" (Alex Millet & Dario Lotti - VOTU Records).
Since 1992 he plays his music in many clubs like: Moi Moi cafè (dj resident in 2003 - Le), Zuma Lounge (LE), Castello Carlo V (Roof Garden - LE), NuBossa Cafè (LE), Metropolis (Le), Oblò/Vitamina-Taranto), Acqua In (Ostuni - Brindisi), Mr Johns (Taranto), Finis Terrae /Planet (Lequile -Lecce), Etnie (Lecce), Out Line Garden Coiba (Lecce), Gilda Art Privee (Bari). And many radio in the world...
