THE AGE OF HADES LAB
Sound pressure destruction was the order of the day when Zilla Hebling (vocals) & Steve Swinford (guitars) put a band together in early 2007 & started to compose what was to become a savage blend of Black, Death and Grind!
Within six weeks of it’s formation & without any audio recordings the band was already lined up for a series support slots around the most prestigious venues of London & Brighton with acts such as Decapitated, Hate, Moonspell, Napalm Death, Behemoth, Dew Scented, Necrophagist, Misery Index, Origin, Anaal Nathkrakh, Hand Full Of Hate but most recently with Akercocke, Ted Maul, Dismember and Devilsh Impressions, Impaled & Hour of Penance…
In August 2007 Hades Lab recorded a self produced two-track demo with the songs “Bleeding Life Death†and “Wretched Captive†with drummer Jon Rushforth and bassist Alex Bowen
The name soon became notorious...
"Wretched Capitive" was featured on "Grindethic Records" compilation "Damn & Blast" vol 3 alongside bands such as Defeated Sanity, Emeth and many others...
2008 sees Hades Lab moving forwards with a new line up with Jamie Sweeney (lead guitar), Federico Benini (bass)
The band plans to concentrate on composing new songs & producing their first EP...
