DANIEL J. PIKE

I KNOW YOUR IN THERE!!! I can hear the icecubes....

About Me

I'm neither a glass half full or half empty kind of, prefer to smash the glass and see where the pieces fall.
I work in the live music industry; have done for around the 15 year mark now. It's pretty entertaining however it is also a treacherous and all consuming career choice. During these years I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with some of the most gifted, visionary and talented individuals in the world. I regret to also inform you that I have also had to suffer the company of some of the most self centered, egomaniacal and ruthlessly malicious characters you could ever wish not to meet. To these guys a message. Go fuck yourselves and stop ruining it for everyone else. TWATS!
I'm apparently a loud mouth, not Michelangelo's David but also not to offensive to the whole human optical set up, I like reading, playing chess, football, listening to music and lots of other things nearly everyone with more IQ points than fingers and toes added together would like.
I hate Beetroot even though I've never eaten it, which seems to cause much confusion to other people whenever mentioned however I've never tried torturing small mammals and I'm relatively certain I would not like that either.
I'm allergic to wasp stings. So on the whole not a huge fan of the little bastards. What tasks to they perform? Bee's gather nectar and produce honey, therefore have a point to exist. Wasp's? Just naturally tooled up little agro swine's. Don't see their point other than terrorizing just about everything they encounter.
I'm not a fan of the fringe, being a slick back and quiff chap. Did you know that during the 1940's and 50's the Quiff nearly hunted the Fringe to extinction? During the 60's and 70' due to the rise in population of long hair both the quiff and the fringes number reduced dramatically. The general androgyny of the 80's just seemed to confuse all the species of haircuts, however since the mid 90's the fringe has began to breed in increasingly large numbers, the quiff however has stood the test of time and despite being in the minority, due to its aggressive nature and close association with gangsters, rockabilly's and psychopaths the world over it continues to survive in this brutal haircut eat haircut world.
Sorry about that went off on a tangent there.
I am also very good a decompartmentalisation. Oh and making Thai fishcakes.

My Interests

Well I dig Nottingham Forest quite a bit. UFC. Certainly enjoy the company of good "Hmmmmmmmmmm is there any such thing?" friends and the odd shandy. Obviously music and shows. Chess. RIBS! I would also like to mention my fanatical love of the Goons as we dont have any kinda Radio section on here.

I'd like to meet:

Not a case of who I'd like to meet as where i'd like to meet them. There are several people in the running for the dark quiet carpark/alleyway kinda scenario.

Dean Martin.
"You're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on"
Mark "Chopper" Brandon Read.
"I haven't shot anybody since 1992, and even then I didn't do it"
