Hi. My name is Gary Heffer. I am currently a chef at The Black Boys Hotel in Aylsham, Norwich (Restaurant of the month - Feb 07 - Radio Broadland!!) I have been cooking for most of my life, which is why i love my job so much! I went to Norwich City College for 3 years to learn how to cook then went to work in USA for 15 months, in New York (Lawrence Beach Club) and Florida (The Everglades Club). While in New York i was stuck in Manhatten for September 11th, a proper kack your pants scary event! Aswell as cooking my other loves are Norwich City Football Club and Dirty Sanchez - those boyos are crazy!!
I was also lucky enough to be selected to film with Pritchard and Dainton for their new tv series on MTV Sunday nights at 10.30. Its called WRECKED and basically you take part against your mate doing Sanchez style stunts to find a winner. Winner then Wrecks losers possesions!!!!
