About Me

"I went to church one day and the preacher said something about praying every night. He said: "I know a lot of you go home and get drunk or whatever. But even if you don't have a simple life, try every day to pray to the Lord. Get a relationship with Him." And I started doing that. I started praying every day at my home, and even though I wasn't going to church all the time, I started believing more, and I think that's what stopped me from going down the wrong road."

Darrent Williams Teen Center (VIDEO!)

When Denver Bronco Darrent Williams lost his life early New Years Day of 2007, the entire Denver community was stunned and saddened.
The Denver Broncos and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver are working hard to keep his memory alive in the most positive of ways.
Planning is already underway for the Darrent Williams Teen Center at the Denver Broncos Boys & Girls Club.
This new addition to the Club will be a special place for teen members to gather and continue to become positive members of our community.
This video, shot by Club members and staff, tells the story of the Club and in a special interview with Darrent's teammate and friend Domonique Foxworth, he tells us how important it is to build the club now.
