Tras un largo periodo de tiempo organizando fiestas por diferentes locales de Barcelona y sus alrededores, un grupo de amigos deciden embarcarse en un ambicioso proyecto. Se trata de dar la oportunidad de mostrar sus creaciones en directo a todos aquellos músicos, cantantes, dj's, mc's, vj's, ilustradores....que consideramos interesantes y de calidad.
Al mismo tiempo, se crea una página web con el fin de poder mostrar a mucha más gente las creaciones de estos artístas y el de ir anunciando los futuros eventos. En ella puedes crear tu propio Blog, donde podrás subir tus propios temas, imágenes o textos, crear tu Chart y acceder a otras secciones como las descargas o entrevistas además de una emisora on-line donde nuestros colaboradores pueden emitir desde sus propios terminales.
Para arrancar el proyecto nos adentramos en un acogedor club situado en el Born de Barcelona. El club se nos queda pequeño y decidimos ir probando diferentes salas en las que encaje nuestro proyecto.
Se unen al grupo inicial tres miembros m..s, Lek, Adhesive y Groove y con ellos llegamos a nuestro primer aniversario, dejando huella en m..ticos clubs de la ciudad como el Sidecar o la sala [2] del Apolo y con una residencia mensual en el BlueMonday. Gracias a los temas aportados desinteresadamente en la web hemos producido nuestro primer recopilatorio y esperamos que tu formes parte del segundo.
After a long period of time organising parties in different bars in Barcelona and surroundings, a group of friends decided to start an ambitious project. The main idea was to give the opportunity to show their creations to all those musicians, singers, djs, mcs, vjs, illustrators..that we considered interesting.
A website has also been created so everyone can freely access all the creations from these artists. It is also used to announce events in the future. You can create your own Blog (where you can upload your own music, images or texts), create a Chart and have access to other sections like downloads or interviews. There is also a SHOUTcast internet radio Server. It permits anyone on the internet to broadcast audio from their PC to listeners across the Internet or any other IP-based network.
We started the project in a cosy club in the ..Born.., an area in Barcelona. Soon this club became too small for us and we decided to try different places where our project would fit.
We have three new members in our group , they are Lek, Adhesive and Groove and with them we celebrate our first anniversary leaving our mark in mythic clubs such as Sidecar o Apolo (2nd Room) and in BlueMonday as a monthly resident. We also produced our first compilation album with all the tracks which we gratefully received and we hope that you become part of our second one.
