I'm trying to figure out what I am still interested in... I suppose the answer is both more and less than I thought.
Almost anybody. My caveats include the fact that while I am very friendly, I'm also an extremely busy person, so if you have nothing worthwhile to say, I may not do much more than meet you...I'm not trying to be rude, I just am sometimes.
So hard! It's impossible to pick a favorite, and top-ten lists change with the mood. For how I'm feeling right now (in no particular order) : 1)Dead Alive, 2)Highlander, 3)Office Space, 4)Very Bad Things, 5)They Live, 6)Nothing But Trouble, 7)Real Genius, 8)Escape From New York, 9)Heathers, 10)Cannibal! The Musical...An incomplete list to say the least, but all great films in their own (sometimes extemely campy) ways.
I don't really watch TV. I haven't even bothered to get basic cable. I do check out a lot of very strange things on youtube, but hopefully I'll get tired of it soon so I can get some more sleep.
This is even harder than picking out the movies I love. Anything by Heinlein, even his juvi fiction, Bradbury, Scott Card, or Adams. Tom Robbins, Neil Gaiman, Keith Laumer (GRHS) and I do love the Terry Pratchett. Some Kim Harrison, Poppy Z. Brite, Laurell K. Hamilton, Nicholas Royle, Brian Hodge, Stephen Mark Rainey and the like. I like almost anything that is new to me and interesting.
Anyone who does what makes them the happiest and says "damn the consequences..." I pray it's working out better for them than it is for me.
