MySpace Layoutsfor most people who remember me from my other myspace page (which is still there by the way) im Dontrell tha Dark Shadow. i decided to put up a music myspace page for my music that i occasionally create or co-create. My friends also contribute to making their own music as well and also helping me in my creations too, you may know them as John Tucker and Leroy B.
a quick background of DJ Dark Shadow; i've started creating my own music and beats since mid 2005 (after i got my hands on FL Studio Producer Edition). My musical interests began when i was young, this began when my grandmother bought my first radio for me. By then i was immersed by the various sounds and music genres from Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Soul, Country, and Rock; this gave me the option to choose my type of style respectively.not to mention that i've even gained an interest to learn to the piano but that didnt go as well as i expected.today as a producer of sound and a DJ, im more into mixing it up with electronica, jungle/Drum & Bass, and House music after hearing music from artists such as DJ Shadow, DJ Cam and DJ Krush...and most importantly that of LTJ Bukem (one of my favorite DJs and producers of all time now)
And i also go by a second artist name called "Soundz of Thought" as well to certain songs that i create.
Currently as of July 2008, im now working with Platinum Sound & Media in downtown Macon.
