About Me

***Since this is not a lie detector, I am 25. Shhh!***I'm a mom. Sometimes I feel like I have a billion kids, but at the end of tax time, I can only claim 4. The eldest just turned 19, (I can see you trying to do the math, don't bother...It's too mind boggling) followed by 14, 12 and 8. I am happily married. I usually have a job working at an animal clinic. Although, lately I've been held hostage by a leg injury. I'm 5'3". Dirty blonde/light brownish hair. Green eyes.

My Interests

I love animals, sometimes to a fault. I rescue, rehabilitate, and foster. And a couple times, I've adopted. I have 3 Dachshunds, a Bassett who is ancient, and two cats who were extreme feminists in a previous life. I believe in educating pet owners about the safety and needs of their animals. Starting with spay or neutering. I've spent my whole life on this coast, so I am partial to dolphins. I've been lucky enough not only to see them in the wild, but I have swam with them too. I could never move away from the coast. Who could give that up?

Generally? Anyone with a sense of humor. Specifically? Dane Cook, Pablo Francisco, or Vin Diesel. ;)

I'm stuck on the "Hair Bands"....The Crue, Aerosmith, Kiss, Warrant, Slaughter, Bon Jovi, Van Halen when they were the real Van Halen, and so on. I do also love Opera, Classical, Big Band, Jazz and Broadway. But don't tell.

Movies:

This is where I get complicated. I'm a "deep" and "involved" kinda gal. So anything that makes me laugh is a great movie. Rat Race comes to mind, lol. Shawn of the Dead. How about Coneheads? Way too many to list. I figure that we are surrounded by more than enough drama why not sit back and laugh?

I am serious about reading and poetry. I love classics as well as horror, and suspense. Wana see well rounded? I loved Charles Dickens, John Keats, Robin Cook, Stephen King, Louis Carroll, Patricia Cornwell, Dean Koontz, R.L. Stevenson, and D.H. Lawrence to name a few.
