This is a website I made to show the history of bands I haved jammed with. I also have some mp3's on here. The first song is hopefully the final recording of Under Your Skin. I would like to get everyone's impression of it first. The second one is Thunderkiss '65. I played drums and sang on it. The third one is a song I co-wrote. I am playing keys/drums/samples as well as vocals. The last one is when I jammed with a band called SMI. That was back in 1999. I had a lot of fun with those guys. I felt like our music was something different from everyone else. To bad things couldn't have worked out better. I had a new family and wanted to advance in my job so I felt it best to leave the band so they could pursue playing more gigs. Such as on Mon. - Thurs. My style has been described as that of Mike Potnoy's. That comment made me laugh due to the fact that I was a fan of Dream Theater before they really became popular. I remember when I got their first CD people were like Who? I strongly believe that the art of drumming, yes there is more to it than just banging with sticks, should be approached as an art. I like to think when I am jamming I am playing songs not just beats. Along with Portnoy my other idols are Tim Waterson, that dude is fast, Casey Grillo that guy has some crazy speed and skills, Mike Mangini, this guys one handed rolls are faster than I can roll with two, Johnny Rabb, one of the most innovative drummers I have seen, and of course Neil Peart, the professor himself!
