hold times suck

so yeah time warner has gone through this huge change over of it's computer systems and due to this every job i must sit on hold anywhere from a half hour to a full hour then wait up to another half h...

it's easier to add the bad things

so can one go against their nature....sometimes i feel as if i'm in a haze or just floating.... sometimes i am scared to try or to make myself better...is it because i'm afraid to fail or am i comfort...
