Ashly Roberts

Ashly's lived in more than 30 cities worldwide and has sung in the majority of them. Currently she resides in Los Angeles writing, producing and belting out her unique smoky Jazz layers over House, Ambient and Trance tracks. The flexibility in her voice has opened doors all around her in every genre, even allowing her a spot on center field at the Cotton Bowl singing The National Anthem for the Dallas Burn. She has had the honor of working with NY based Drum n Bass virtuoso Miguel Quiroga, who has released albums throughout DFW, NY and Europe and Milad Nazeri, Dallas Rap & R&B producer. Currently Ashly is planning projects with one of the godfathers of Chicago House Music, Boo Williams and Geneva DJ/Producer, Orlow. She is also producing/writing her first full length album due out end of this year. The 27 year old songstress holds a BAS Degree in Spanish from The University of North Texas in Denton. Ashly chose this Degree because of her love of Spain, Madrid in particular, as she studied Art, Philosophy, Literature and History there at The University of Madrid, Complutense. The majority of her music is influenced by her stay there and her annual trips to Ibiza. She plans to reside there again in the future. In her free time Ashly reads and practices Bikram & Iyengar Tradition yoga.
