Influences: everythings an influence. im moved to write by my landscape and the fucked up stuff that goes on in and around it, inspired by the ability weve got to rise above it and the battles were fighting everyday to keep our communities alive in the fuckin police state were livin in right now. I cant even start naming individual artists cos id be here all night. Theres mad creative minds that I respect in every genre from grime to classical. I love dub and roots reggae, always have done, always will. Jazz, motown and oldskool soul nursed the vocalist in me. Hip hop saved my life tho, well definately my politics and my lyrics. The only people ill bother mentioning specifically is anyone who considers themselves part of the crew ill always know as eye to eye. You guys are never ceasing inspiration to me and i definately wouldnt still be singing if i didnt have you lots chung beats and mind blowing lyrics runnin round my head all day.
