I am a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and a Yoga Sculpt Instructor (Yoga with weights). I enjoy almost any sport, and am also an avid runner. I am currently working on teaching Yoga classes in the local Denver/Aurora area (I usually just sub when needed). I will keep those who are interested posted as to the locations that I will be teaching. Any classes that I will be teaching will be posted on my BLOGS or BULLETINS, so please look for them. Along with all of the Yoga training, I also have a background in fitness training and might just one day continue with my recertificaton of CFT1; although, I think graduating from college will come first. I have always been into health, but I live a normal life- just like anyone else; and I don't preach, judge, or criticize... Life is life- I respect how everyone lives their own individual lives. I guess because of that, I am still a pretty open individual to just about everyone; despite what I do for a living.I work full time and am a part-time college student.My Loves: Life, friends, family, socializing, traveling (New Orleans-home- and San Francisco are my two favorite places in the U.S), learning and teaching others about health/nutrition/ and fitness, anatomy and physiology, encouraging others, learning in general, and Exploring & ENJOYING life.My philosophy on life: I believe life should be about living it and not working it; but if you have to work it, do the best job you can.
