A short history
Marco adopted music early on to let it become his favorite thing. Next to animation (mostly japanese), art (impressionists), oldskool writers (Charles Dickens), fantasy/sf (Lord of The Rings, Star Trek, The Matrix) and superheroes (marvel comics, spawn).
At the age of sixteen he bought his first guitar and played it as often as possible.
At eighteen Marco joined a dutch punk hardcore band called Callosity. They played together for about a year when each member went their separate ways again (school, traveling, girls?...).
In the early 90's Marco played with the crossover band Chaos FLC. Various styles were mixed because of the different backgrounds of each player. Punk, jazz, metal, funk, rock, reggae, ska, blues, new wave etc... It was a very progressive band, but the different backgrounds eventually caused the band to split up.
Marco got interested in computers (Apple) and electronic music, bought some equipment and got started with his own productions.
Nowadays Marco Voltage and dj/producer Michel Becks are working together on some new tracks. Expect some good things to come from this collaboration.
