Munas Breed

Gegründet wurde Munas Breed im Jahr 2005 von Schlagzeuger Michél Brettschneider, Leadgitarrist Sandro Lukaszczyk und dem Vocalisten Jan Brockelt in Lauterbach (Hessen). Nach geraumer Zeit ersetzte Alexander Funk Michél Brettschneider an den Drums, Oleg Matis übernahm den Platz am Bass, und Michael Lukaszczyk die Rhythmus Gitarre.

Die Band spielt melodisch angehauchten Death Metal mit diversen Black Metal einflüssen. Musikalische Einflüsse sind Bands wie z.B. Amon Amarth, Kataklysm oder auch Behemoth, jedoch hört man bei Munas Breed ganz gut eine eigene musikalische Note heraus.
Munas Breed was founded in Lauterbach (Hesse) in 2005, when the former drummer Michél Brettschneider accompanied by Sandro Lukaszczyk on lead guitar and vocalist Jan Brockelt were tipped on their shoulders by music history being ready for a new line in its biography.
As the years went by, some new faces enriched the band: replacing the co-founder Michél Brettschneider, Alexander Funk now handles the drums , while Oleg Matis is the new bassist and Michael Lukaszczyk the Rhythm Guitar player.
The band is playing Death Metal with an undeniable melodic influence and a tendency to Black Metal, thus being geared to Amon Amarth, Kataklysm or Behemoth; yet the heterogeneity of Munas Breed’s members creates an incomparable sound – they all have different influences, characteristics and a unique way of playing their respective instrument.
