Ricky Wrecks

I moved to San Diego in 1999 to attend San Diego State University, majoring in Psychology. Along the way I started bartending and currently I work at the Red C Lounge. I graduated from SDSU in 2004 and now I'm just enjoying living in lovley SO CAL. I spin hip hop as DJ Ricky Wrecks, none of that watered down bullshit radio crap. I do a night with my boy MADA called Mixtape Sessions on Wednesday nights at the Kava Lounge. It's a haven for those fortunate souls who still have a soul and like to listen to real hip hop. We don't take requests, we play what we want, shut up and like it! Currently I am launching FUNK YOU ANDSOUL RECORDS which is about to drop the full release of the Kubiks and Lomax 12" 12tone/Contact.
