if you think the industry is in the right direction, congratulations you're part of the, Fist to Mouth movement and you can get the fuck outta here, Ghetto Check...1 man band, i'll beat box a dog/cat under the table, rhyme so off when i'm on the difference is noticeable, Ghetto Check is about: correcting a mind set that has traveled off its intended path...does anyone think Curtis Blow, Run dmc, anyone of hip hops founding fathers (James Brown), expected a progressive music genre to be pigeon held to a couple of pre-selected subjects...if you can't see your mind can work without the help of manipulation (image change, style change, appearance change....how many of you see a goodlooking artists but you feel as though if the time was invested in you then you to could be in the same light...Ghetto heads some of you a'int never did a ghetto thing in your life but you explain it away with being able to relate which is 50/50 to hard working artists. All the money we generate through hip hop theres not one who wants to start a bank, and build our own wealth, its a difficult task ahead as they only give money to the cornies,(new rap cartoon the cornies) see how easy that was to extract that idea, if we had our own wealth, funding to try a tv pilot production of the such wouldn't be so far reached...i'm no son of a doctor, lawyer, no suburbs, no house, no heat mf, i got a bullet that went thru my stomach and now is trying to come out of my ankle...is it baffling that the highest grossing Rapper/Mc/Hip hop artist (loosly) admits hes not lyrically skilled...so why do we push ahead knowing that skill is not priorty to industry...because ghetto check knows its ghetto checkers understand that skill is priority...so how do we change minds, we don't, we change hearts and sometime that calls for a ass kicking but don't fret violence is no where near, but it will remain in your periphereal...how do you think so many people of color submit to others...fear factor...i don't promote violence, i promote corrections....Myspace Backgrounds
