Klaas Beekvelt (aka Michael Angelo) is born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He was raised in The Netherlands and in Spain in a town called Sitges, and because of that he also has a Latin heart. In his way of thinking he is a European first and a Dutchman second. Music is his Life and his Life is Music. He started singing at the tender age of Five, and he became professional at the age of Sixteen. Through the years he has also worked as a Songwriter and has written Songs for many well known Singers including a Dutch Entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. The very first Song he wrote was called "Romantic", which he has written at the age of Fifteen. He has also worked as a Studio Engineer, Producer and Choreographer. At the age of Eighteen he founded his first Company called "Dutch Entertainment Agency", which after a couple of name changes is now called "Famous Entertainment Group". Famous Entertainment Group is formed out of Three Companies: 1) Famous - Worldwide Management, 2) First Class Lookalikes and 3) Precious Merchandising and Collectables.In his early Twenties he discovered he had a real talent for Artist Management, and that he really loved the Business Side of the Entertainment Business. The way he looks at his profession is that with Artist Management you have to do your job well or don't do it at all! In his work he always works from an Artist's point of view, because for him that..s the best way to work. Through the years he has build up a very good and reliable name in the International Entertainment Business. He strongly believes in doing Business in an open and honest way, because it's hard work to build up a Good Name, while it's so easy to lose it!When he was at Highschool he was given the Nickname "Elvis", because of his Vocal Resemblance and the way he looked. He has also been given the Honourable Nickname "Mister Lookalike" by the Artists he worked with because of the good way he does his work and because he really cares about his Artists. Artists and other people in the Music Business he has been working with have often compared his way of Management with Elvis Presley's legendary Manager "Colonel Tom Parker", but in a very good and possitive way. During his career he has worked with many established International Artists on several projects, including many of his own favourite Artists.He is mainly on MySpace as a Private Person, but ofcourse he is always interested in Business, New Projects and New Talent. In his heart he is always a Singer first, and because of that he prefers to have other Artists as friends. He loves traveling and getting to know different cultures. His main languages are Dutch and English, but he also speaks Spanish and German, although reading Spanish can be problematic sometimes. He is totally girlcrazy, which means he just loves women. He has a Degree in Business and Sales Studies, and he has also studied Artist Management and Entertainment Laws and Contracts. He is a well known Specialist on International Entertainment Contracts and Fan Behaviour. His Musical Taste varies from Classical to Country to Pop and many other Musical Styles, he just really loves all kinds of Music! Most of his favourite Artists and Actors are in his MySpace Friends Section. Music is his Passion and his Passion is Music!
