Johnny Jack- ABOUT THE ARTIST....He was born 1956 in Copenhagen,Denmark .
In 63 the famely moved to Falster (country side),and he grow up there.
In 67 he started painting landscapes on canvas.
During the seventies it was Salvador Dali who caught his intrest and his paintings
became surrealistic.
In the eighties he graduated as a social worker,started working as such in the daytime
and was working as a tatoo artist in the nighttime.
In 86 he got meningitis and the left side of his body became paralysed.
After nine months in the hospital he was discharged in a weelchair.
Life had changed and he had to start all over again.
In 87 he started painting again and he received tuition in coloring and watercoulors
by Mette Zeuthen.
In 89 he had his first exhibition and has since being a full-time artist.
In 95 he travelled to New Zealand,were he drove arround for four weeks visiting Servas
members.In 96 and 99 his two kids was born.
Since 96 he has being visiting friends in the Philippines 3-4 weeks a year and he has a bamboo hut in their front yard .
He has been to Malaysia to see a Servas friend trom NZ this year ,and he has got a lot of artist friends there.
