I'd like to meet:

Lou Gramm (my favorite rock singer), Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Poisonblack, Nevermore, In Flames, Geddy Lee, Jeff Lynne, my former Elementary School classmates, and too many others to mention.

Music:

Anything from Death Metal to N-Sync (not really a big rap fan though, some I can tolerate).

Movies:

Classics like Casablanca to anything with lots of special effects as long as there is a sensible storyline.
