I'm a professional personal trainer. I've trained about 80 or more people. I love to teach people. I weigh 185 pounds. I have almost no body fat. I can teach you how to make MAXIMUM muscle gains in a very short amount of time. I can also teach you how to lose A LOT of fat in as very short amount of time. Some of my clients loose up to 2-3 lbs. a day on my programs. I personally lost 14 lbs. in ten days on a VERY flexible diet and exercise plan.

I don't use drugs. I might have a little alcohol every couple months, but I'll never really get drunk.
