Black Orchid was founded in 1996 when we were students. We began playing covers of Metallica, Megadeth. .etc. Soon we start to make our own songs influencied by Paradise Lost, Blind Guardian and of course Metallica. We sing mixing clean and guttural voices.
In these years we have made three demos: Those Lands (2000), A Battle in the Snow (2002) and Times of Life (2004).
Recently we have started a new parallel project singing spanish and only with clean voices and with a more commercial style. These new band is call PERSEUS. (You can visit www.myspace.com/perseusweb).
