Palace of the Fallen is an unique and creative metal machine that was built in Atlanta, Georgia in early 2005. Successfully mixing "southern fried" Rock & Roll, jazz and metal they have definitely concocted a remedy for the stagnate industry virus. Call them "Death Metal", "Hardcore", "Metalcore", call them whatever you wish. Palace composes whatever music comes out, naturally and do not adhere to any specific label making them original and proudly unclassifiable. Palace of the Fallen has just released their first CD entitled "The Storm Before the Calm" recorded by Matt Washburn at Ledbelly Sound Studios. The CD consists of 6 songs that never lack intensity or exceptional musicianship. This CD has definitely gained Palace attention and has carved a deep niche for the band in the Atlanta scene as well as out of state. Palace is now trying to network with other bands to make the scene stronger and are concentrating on getting more shows out of the Atlanta area. Meaningful heartfelt lyrics screamed at the listener with passion and intensity. Drums that make chests rattle. Guitars that harmonize like angels one minute and beat you like demons the next. Bass lines unlike most, Palace brings a new style to the table and has no typical formula. Intense in your face live shows. Every member gets involved with the crowd, the stage means nothing, it is the audiences stage as well as theirs. It is a wall of sound and an absolute demonstration of love for the music as well as the people throwing down to it. Swinging mic stands and an aura of power the crowd has no choice but to respond. Palace of the Fallen is now composing their next CD "Romero's Theory". Bringing Aaron, a new guitar player to the mix the next installment of Palace promises to ba a raw and intense experience to any metal listener.
