I'd like to meet:
I'm here to meet nice people and friends to talk to. NICE PEOPLE! I'm a big kid and I like to go out and do all sorts of fun things, and hang out with people who like to, also. I am a very easygoing person, and don't care for big egos, stuck up people, materialism, or people who take themselves way too seriously. BORING! My friends are animal protectors and defenders, non-conformists, positive, open-minded people who appreciate the good things in their lives, people who stand up and fight for what they believe in instead of mindlessly following the flock, people who give a shit about more than material possessions and self-serving issues, and maybe you!
NO fur hags, vivisectors, poachers, baby seal clubbers, dog fighters, or any other type of animal torturer/exploiter, unless you are prepared to be bombarded with animal rights information.

Music:
Too many to list, I love it all! Just check out my playlist above, you'll see what I mean. Here are some of my all time favorites, though:
Rise Against - Ready to Fall (uncut)
Watch it if you have the balls...
Depeche Mode, my #1 all time favorite band for over 20 years:
She pisses me off sometimes, but I've loved her since
her first album in 1983, and will always love...
I wanted to marry Alex Van Halen when I was 12 ;)
OK, I know I'm a total dork, but:
Movies:
Again, too many to list. I love so many, especially Disney movies! Here's some more of my top picks:
EARTHLINGS PROLOGUE
Television:
Right now I'm trying to catch up on the Dexter episodes, I like that show and LOVE Michael C. Hall. Six Feet Under was the best show, ever, and he was the main reason.
Occasionally, (and I really mean occasionally), I will watch Ninja Warrior, Strongest Man Competitions, and whatever's on the Discovery Health, Court TV, or Animal Planet channels. I love weird medical stuff and true crime. And I was a Wheel of Fortune junkie for a long time, I kick ass at that game! Other than that, I'm too darned busy wreaking havoc to watch TV ;)
Tourette's Guy:
The BETTER version of the Eric Prydz "Call On Me" video!
Books:
Anything to do with animal rights, true crime, or horror interests me. Here's some of my favorites: Terrorists or Freedom Fighters, The Food Revolution, Free the Animals, Meat Market, Mad Cowboy, The God Delusion, American Psycho, Skinny Bitch, DaVinci Code, Interview with the Vampire, The Little Fur Family, Fuzzies: A Folk Fable, and anything from Ann Rule or Stephen King. I just finished Marley and Me, such a cute story for all us dog lovers. Right now I'm reading Awaken the Giant Within, Life of Pi, and Dominion. 3 at once, nothing new!
Heroes:
Definitely not any media whore celebrities. My heroes are real people who do selfless things for others without doing so for fame or glory, or because they need some good press or are selling something. My heroes fight for those who can't fight for themselves, and fight for what they know is right, regardless of the consequences.
This is my mommy and daddy.
My mom was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when she was 8 weeks pregnant with me. Thoughout my life I have seen her struggle and deteriorate from this incurable disease. Yet I've never once, Not ONCE, heard her complain about her situation, ever. She has been a role model to me, showing me that no matter what happens to you, you must be grateful for the good things you have and live life to the absolute fullest.
She has always been a very active woman, never letting her disease get the best of her. She was a glider pilot, a horseback rider, a swimmer, an activist for women's rights and for the rights of people with disabilities, a teacher, and, of course, my brother's and my mom (which was a job in itself - those of you who knew me as a teenager would agree!). I've watched her go from walking with a cane to a walker to a wheelchair to almost completely paralyzed, and from 105 pounds to the weight she is now, 70 pounds. She's a tiny, frail woman now, but could probably beat Mike Tyson in the ring on her will power alone.
Through it all, for almost 45 years of marriage, my dad has never left her side. He is a knight in shining armor to her, and to my brother and me. He is a real man, a man who sticks by the person he loves and his family no matter what life deals them. And these two people are the real life heroes that I aspire to be like in my life. :)
