Sounds Like: A nightmarish dreamscape, a vast ocean of melancholy just beneath the surface, Kaimetsu is the audio equivalent of all the joy, sunlight and oxygen being slowly sucked from the room. Monolithic despair blots out the stars, not with a sense of urgency, but rather such extreme apathy that even light cannot escape its urge to sleep forever. Fractured rhythms crawl through tar-thick ambience. Discordant melodies drag across the surface of arms still hung with a sheath of syringes. Veins clogged with black tar oozing dreams into damp darkness...
Kaimetsu is uneasy listening for a dark eternity sinking into the floorboards.
