Music:

I don't know if you could find a wider range of music than mine. I like it all most of the songs on my play list are songs that brings back memories of when I was young. The newer ones are just ones that I like.

Movies:

Comedies, Horror, documentary's, old Martial arts movies are great too

Television:

Ultimate Fighter, Scrubs, Fight quest, Seinfeld of course, house, Most discovery stuff, pros vs. joe's and fight science.

Books:

Where to begin. I will read it if you hand it to me.

Heroes:

My Mother who raised four mean ass boys by herself. She taught us how to be men even when she didn't know how herself. She taught us how to live and treat others which sometimes I have to ignore. She taught me how to live even under stress. She always has words of encouragement. Thank you Mom I love you. My father he past away this sept. but it never hit me how strong he was until I seen him in the hospital. If I am half as strong as him I will be happy. I love and miss you pops.
